Payment & Contract Conclusion
The first step is sending the contract form. All bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours via fax or email (except Saturdays and Sundays). The contract takes effect once payment is received. Pay the amount of 200 euros within 3 days (reservation and processing). Once payment is received, the contract is binding. The remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before the course starts. Your accommodation address will be sent 15 days before the beginning of the course with detailed information about your arrival. Changes and enhancements wished by participants will be taken into account given our possibilities.

Cancellation
If this agreement is cancelled by a student, the following provisions apply:
Cancellation must be made in writing to the NTB office in Germany. The day that notification is received in writing by the NTB office is the official cancellation day and the cancellation provisions laid out below will apply. If cancellation is received at least 29 days before arrival, the program fees less deposit are fully refundable. NTB will retain the deposit of EUR 200 to cover the administrative costs.

Cancellation between 28 and 21 days before the start of the course: 40% of the cost of the course and accommodation

Cancellation between 20 and 10 days before the start of the course: 50% of the cost of the course and accommodation

Cancellation between 9 and 4 days before the start of the course: 60% of the cost of the course and accommodation

Cancellation between 3 and 1 days before the start of the course: 80% of the cost of the course and accommodation
No refund shall be given after the day of departure or start of the course.
If a new booking is made in place of the cancelled course, NTB may, at their sole discretion, withdraw certain cancellation charges.

Activities and excursions
Information about activities and excursions offered at our schools should only be used as a guide and not as an accurate list of events. Please contact us prior to booking if you require specific information about any of our activities.

Dismissal by NTB
If a participant is disruptive to the program or does not act in accordance with this agreement, he or she runs the risk of being dismissed from the program. NTB has the right to immediately terminate the contract.NTB has the right to retain fees. Based on the aforementioned behaviour and the resulting cancellation, participants may be charged certain additional fees.

Legal and health regulations
The participant is responsible for adhering to all important regulations and provisions necessary for the realization of the trip. Any negative consequences resulting from the participant’s lack thereof are the participant’s responsibility. The participant is responsible for informing himself/herself about necessary insurance (health insurance, etc.).

Travel, Transfers and Visas
Our prices do not include flights or other transport to our schools. Students must make their own travel arrangements and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa. We will, of course, be pleased to provide students with detailed advice on the best route to our schools. However, we do offer airport transfers, for an extra fee. We must receive full flight details at least 15 days before students are due to arrive in their country of choice.
If you need a visa, the full amount is payable before NTB can issue an invitation. In case of visa rejection the amount is refunded except a handling fee of Euro 200. If documentation is denied, due to reasons within the student's control (such as the student not possessing a valid passport, or other necessary documentation or not allowing sufficient time for the visa to be issued), the standard cancellation fees will apply. NTB is not responsible for a Consular authority's decision whether or not to issue a visa. It is the student's responsibility to allow sufficient time to obtain a visa and they should check with the Consular authority regarding how long this is likely to take.

Privacy
The booking and payment data which is provided by students will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
